Why should I choose your service over hiring a full-time designer?
Engaging a full-time designer, especially one with expertise in AI products, can cost upwards of $100,000 per year, not including benefits. Is there a cap on the number of requests I can make?
No, there isn't. Once you're subscribed, you can add as many UX/UI design requests for your AI product to your queue as you want. We'll work on them sequentially. One by one.

Typically, we complete most requests within two days. However, complex requests, such as those involving intricate AI interfaces, may require more time.

How does the subscription pause feature work?
Your AI product development may have varying design needs at different times. Our pause feature allows you to manage this effectively. You can pause your subscription after using the service for a certain number of days within the 31-day billing cycle, and resume it later to utilize the remaining days.

How can I submit design requests?
We offer a flexible approach for submitting design requests via a Slack dedicated channel. You can directly share Google docs, wireframes, or even record a brief Loom video explaining your requirements.

What if I'm not satisfied with the design?
We're committed to your satisfaction. If you're not happy with the design, we'll continue to revise it until it meets your expectations.

What if I only have one design request?
Not a problem. You can pause your subscription after we've completed your request and resume it when you have more design needs. This way, you won't waste any part of your subscription.

Do you offer refunds if I'm not satisfied with the service?
Given the specialized nature and high quality of our work, we do not offer refunds. However, we're dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and will make any necessary revisions to the designs.

Do you claim any IP on your designs?
Nope. It’s all yours. Including all the source files. All licences for fonts, imagery and other assets are to be purchased by you during the design process.
